this month has been one heck of a month
my bday. mihils bday. tanishqs bday (pls reply and wish them both 👀)
diwali. offs
3 new client onboardings
new team members
a lot of compliance
but it’s been smooth? despite so many offs
touchwood, the team really pulled through together
so what’s really happening this week??
1. we got some more monies : )
for some reason people assumed that the decathlon logo was just there on our website..
2. we hit a wall (fixing it as we speak) after 2 years on a newsletter
from 60% open rate to 18%.
Reason?
IDEK Postmaster shows no issues. Design changes ain’t helping. It’s just IDK BUT WE BREATHE. WE FIX
3. then this happened (we had to wait till we got paid this time as the last time it got cancelled 😢)
4. and then the people trying to fool our team forgot we don’t have an office 😆
but seriously. while the wins seem nice, and work seems great 🧿
it does get tough
it does get frustrating
like we signed a contract over a quarter ago on stamp paper but haven’t been able to charge once because they want to talk internally:
or a new poc trying his way to prove a point instead of trusting us 😢
all of this keeps happening
but the team does make it worth it
it’s been over 3 years since we started Inagiffy and we know everything is solvable
sounds like a love letter. But that’s the truth. TEAM POWER.
