We have close to 60L INR / $70,000 pending as receivables…

Ummm, all of that is anyways going to be taxed at 25%

But I trust most of my clients*. And I know it’s a few weeks away before my sms go “your account xxx has been credited with monies”

But a part of this also means compliance.

Yup, that means going to the court, getting the stamp paper, getting the contract formatted on it, and then stamping it to get our invoices released.

But.. now also our work is on paper (so far everything with this billion dollar client has been email trails, so it feels a whole lot more secure to have a yearly contract (despite working with them for nearly 1.5 years now)

*about this: ya, one of our long term clients who’s made millions of dolla dolla with us, now decides to ask for a discount to settle 3 months of their invoices?

Bruh, you took the full service, made monies, and now want discount because your team didn’t pay monthly and it’s adding up to a sizable amount????

We aint budging.

They agreed, but now there is a TDS penalty for them, so are requesting to reissue the invoices dating March…

Sometimes, it’s frustrating.

Talking about frustration, we had an eventful week.

We got a copyright infringement notice by a company for the work we were doing for them…

Yes, their legal team took down our work thinking it wasn’t them 😢

This was scary at first, till we saw the authorisation letter.

And then boom, escalated to the company and let’s just say this legal team is now in trouble 😏
