with some biggg news…
so ive been here for ~10 months now
and ever since i joined, there’s been just one instruction from arnav:

JUST GET ONE PROD LIVE

that’s it. no pressure :)

and this week we did!

but first let me tell you a little story
you must’ve read in some previous editions that we do linkedin for a few clients
and the results have been mental
1M+ reach, clients happy, dopamine.

but arnav being arnav… one late night:
“this is cool. now automate it”
“every newsletter should become a thread”
“and a reel”
“with an avatar”
“and your voice”
“no humans”
“IP level”
“also can it launch yesterday?” :/

so there we were
building. scrapping. attempting. breaking.

attempt #1: disaster.

• hired devs who overpromised

• got demos that underdelivered

• avatars looked like me first thing in the morning

• voice clone sounded like angry arnav

• ₹₹₹ vanished

lesson:
when someone says “easy” about AI, runnnnn

attempt #2: the grown-ups?

this time the team asked real questions

• “what does ‘your voice’ mean to you?”

• “can you show us what not to do?”

• “how much is too much automation?”

we spent a month figuring out.
only then did they write a single line of code.
