where is arnav?
arnav is here

lol. yes im back writing this after a while

it’s been hectic. scary. and fun.

we’re taking more bets than ever.
because if we don’t. who will?

this week i learnt about the pygmalion effect through some research i was doing and i’ll simplify this week’s learning

you know how people say the people around you influence your life? the reason behind that is because they all judge you and have expectations from you

the higher they expect / believe in you.
you will do better the more they don’t / the worse you’ll do

i realised subconicously i havent been very communicative with the whole team and only been v encouraging to some of the 18 folks in the org and expect them to carry it forward to the rest

but the study says me expecting higher for them and believing further from them will only push them to excel

that’s what im planning for my end of month review.
hope this helps. hope you restrospect.

you da best. remember that. and so are the people you choose to keep with you.

next up: recap of everything that’s happened.

1. We onboarded a client less than 2 months ago and this was their message this week:

and you know qualitative feedback is nice. but what’s better?
numbers:

we basically doubled their CTR in two weeks while growing subs by over 10%

we cookin

2. We also new clients some new clients (or not that new hehehe)

tldr: this is a client who is like family to us. he’s kind and goes out of his way to communicate the impact we deliver. he didn’t believe in emails and yet took a shot on us saying i believe in you. 2 weeks in:

3. Some platform (iykyk) removed ads that were CPC for us. But sponsors yet come back directly knowing the RoI. We closed a $20k deal for 6 ad slots this week : )

4. I am scared to share more than this picture. But yes, I’m really really pumped about something. I met my idol (find him in the picture) and will be sending him something to experience (demo) in the coming week. TIME TO GO ALL OUT
