A Team that Actually Gives a DAMN

Scenario: it's Saturday night, most people are out partying or Netflix-and-chilling. But not our crew. Nah, we're built different.

It's freaking 11:50 PM, and boom!

The client drops a bomb.

They want their newsletter redesigned. Like, now (their newsletter goes out every Sunday)

Most teams would be like, "Yeah, see you Monday," but not us.

Our boy Tanishq steps up. He pulls an all-nighter and by the time people are reaching for their morning coffee, he's all "Ta-da! Redesign done, bitches!"

Morning rolls around, and not only is the redesign done, but it's also approved.

Client's probably thinking, "Did these guys even sleep?"
(Spoiler: Tanishq didn't.)

Here's the thing - it wasn't about me asking Tanishq to do it or the client breathing down our necks. Nope.

It was all about the team just wanting to get shit done. Period.

The Moral of the Story:

When you've got a squad that's all in, magic happens.

It's not about one hotshot or kissing client ass.

It's about a bunch of badasses who see a challenge and go, "Hold my beer."

So next time someone tells you it can't be done, just remember: somewhere out there, there's a Tanishq turning "impossible" into "done by morning."

Now i feel Tanishq needs to pay me for featuring him on the first section itself xD
