meta banned us?

This newsletter talks about why meta banned us, how to write killer emails, new clients and a lot more!!

It’s true. Our community number was banned not once, not twice, but three times by Meta.

Crazy, right? But why?

Perhaps we were just too good at what we do.

Not but seriously, the sudden growth from 0-8k happened fast. And when things happen fast, sometimes they don’t always last.

Similarly, when 100s of people left, it made Meta think we’re spamming :/ lesson learned.

So, what did we do?

We adapted and overcame.

I contacted Meta and resolved everything with them.

I also understood how bot like our behaviour was ;/

We’re now safe… And learned a lot in the last two weeks.

imagine this..

you get a client and their average CTR is 10%

you’re asked to send a mailer for an event they’re hosting and need to beat that CTR

and ofc get insane opens..

but how?

before i dive in: this is for Superteam Earn. A talent platform in the web3 space where bounties are uploaded and their talent pool and attempt to win some $$

but, this time around, they wanted to do something different. they wanted to help devs get jobs...

so for the talent olympics, we had to ensure that devs were not just aware, but also motivated to apply.

ill be quick and just get to how we did what we did:

1. subject line: you šŸ¤ hired (self explanatory i hope lol)

2. challenged their abilities: whenever you ask someone to prove themselves, they go to any extent to do the same. hence reply rates were crrazzzy

3. splayed with design: why not make them feel like a real readme was in the email?

4. single cta: ensuring CTR went boom boom pow (song playing in my head xD)
