Welcome to Inagiffy!
11th July 2025
hey, vrushali here.
first edition. so please be nice.
you’ve probably seen geeta roast me in previous ones, so it’s only fair i get to tell my side now.
last week?
started strong. ended… 👀
what we thought was happening:
sprint
client videos out
tech stack stable
₹60K on cloud credits → worth it (we thought)
i even said: “okay cool, we’re cruising now.”
oops.. spoke too soon
what actually happened:
Veo 3 Flow dropped.
we got early access (shoutout to arnav who’s constantly online)
and then - one prompt, one render - and we saw it
videos that felt real
natural motion, synced VO, the kind of stuff we’d usually need a team, a budget, and a migraine to pull off
this felt less like a tweak and more like a slap (LITERALLY)
what happened next:
we watched that video 3 times back to back.
then we shut our Linear.
not because our workflow was bad. but because it was now irrelevant.
that ₹60K we’d spent?
wasn’t a loss.
just… not the future anymore
what it looks like now:
we’re not showing the “before.”
just trust me, this is better.
what this week really taught us:
this wasn’t about AI.
this was about Inagiffy.
we’ve never built around platforms.
we build around momentum.
and sometimes that means:
pausing mid-sprint
scrapping workflows that worked last week
ignoring cost and fixing the actual thing
we trimmed the process
we cut review loops
we said no to “but we already built it this way”
so what’s changing?
honestly? everything.
this hit reset, not just on how we make video,
but how we think about anything that feels too heavy to move fast.
new campaign formats.
faster handovers.
and more of this energy:
the real deal isn’t what you built last week
it’s what you’re too stubborn to ditch this week
from here on:
Inagiffy’s not just a newsletter team.
it’s a sprint room.
a lab.
and yeah, sometimes a graveyard of “clever” flows and ideas.
we’ll keep showing you the stuff that breaks mid-run.
and what we do next.
if you’ve ever spent ₹60K on something that we used for 72 hours (sorry arnav)
just know, i feel you
see you in the next one (if arnav allows)
