hey, Vrushali here.
probably writing for the last time…

behind the scenes:
you’ve probably caught me at loggerheads with the content team, tossing last-minute ideas at the design team, and chasing the devs to make sure we’re all in sync.

so here’s me signing off…

how it started:
I saw Arnav’s tweet about hiring for founders office.
day1: slid into his DMs with my entire history + geography.
day 2: landed the interview.
day 3: landed the job.

it was wayy out of my comfort zone. but i also knew i needed the process.
so i said yes.

first onboarding with Mihil:
he explained “basic work ethics.”
i nodded.
in my head i was like:
Mihil, this is just professionalism. of course I’ll follow 😅

what the role was supposed to be:
assist our founder.

what it actually became:
assist all three — Geeta, Arnav, Mihil.
moved into ops. built a few processes.
then slowly slid into product.
and somewhere in between, learned way more than I’d planned.

what i learned:
Arnav → leadership + multitasking between agency + product.
⦁ Mihil → client retention + people skills 101.
⦁ Geeta → 30 ideas in 10 mins (don’t ask how, I’m still shook).

shoutouts before i go:
content team → sorry for being a blocker sometimes. but proud of your ideas + madness.
design team → sorry again for last-min fire drills. you still delivered. respect.
my devs → align better and you’ll be unstoppable.
Rahul + Vedant → leaving my processes with you. you’ll crush it.

what this journey really was:
a crash course in chaos, leadership, and figuring out things faster than Google could ever answer.
a reminder that good people make even the messiest workflows worth it.

so what’s next?
as all things have an end, this is the end of my journey at Inagiffy.
grateful for the learnings, AND the people (y’all make the dream team).

I walked in here thinking this will be just another role. I’m walking out with friendships, memories and a version of me that’s braver and more patient (ok, only a little 😀)

excited for what’s next.

leaving with a heart full of gratitude and a lot of hope that our paths cross again

see you out there.
