it's not you, it's me...

Hey there!

Arnav here from Inagiffy, where we make Newsletters and Communities fun.

This newsletter discusses how we had some churns this week, our next offsite, making $$$ from ads, and a lot more.

Without wasting any time, let’s get started!

Has it ever happened that you lose clients with no mistake of yours?

Recently, two of our clients decided to part ways, and guess what? They both said we didn't do anything wrong!

Why They Left:

1. Budget Cuts

• One client had to leave because of their marketing budget was slashed.

• It's tough when finances force tough decisions, but hey, it happens.

2. No Fault of Ours

• The other client also said we weren't to blame.

• Sometimes, despite providing top-notch service, external factors come into play.

Why It's Not a Big Deal:

1. We're Still on Point

• Our strategies and services remain solid.

• We keep delivering excellence to our clients.

2. Clients Still Love Us

• The clients who churned left on good terms.

• They acknowledged our quality work and wished us well. (PS: crazy CTR, amazing results)

So, What’s Next?

We're not sweating the small stuff. Instead, we're doubling down on:

1. Onboarding Our First Global Athlete

• We're excited to welcome Street Panna to the team! 🌍⚽

2. Planning Our Second Off-Site

Losing clients totally stinks, right? Even when it's not our fault, it's a bummer. But hey, we roll with it, learn what we can, and keep hustling for the next big thing!
